We are aware of the fact that your time is precious. For acute problems (except infections of the upper airways)  no appointment is required. You can walk in between 8 and 9 a.m. Normally these hours are for acute problems only, so you may have a short wait. For everything else please make an appointment. It is part of our policy that appointments have priority in order to avoid long waiting times.
